Required Documents for Scholarship Consideration

Please read the requirements carefully and upload your documents below.

Bursar Statement

Required for All Students

Please upload a full bursar statement for the upcoming semester. The statement must include all of the following:

The date of the statement
The student’s full name
The charges for the upcoming semester
The expected financial aid for the upcoming semester

Important: The statement must include all four elements above to qualify. Incomplete statements will not be accepted.

Grades

Required for Students Who Have Completed a Previous Semester

Students who have previously completed a college semester also need to upload documentation showing:

The student’s full name
Grades from the most recently completed semester
The student’s current GPA

Incoming freshmen do not need to submit a transcript or other grade documentation.

Community Service

Required for Students Who Receive an RHSAA Scholarship

Students who receive an RHS Alumni Association scholarship must complete 15 hours of documented community service each semester. Failure to do so will make the student ineligible for a scholarship the following semester. The Community Service Form must be submitted by the end of the semester in which the student received the scholarship and must include:

The exact dates and times the student volunteered
The name of the organization or business where the student volunteered
The signature of the student’s volunteer supervisor
